I am an Austrian Forrest Yoga Instructor (Yoga by Ana Forrest). My passion for Yoga started when I was 15. I did the 400 hour teacher training 2015 in Chicago and started teaching immediatly afterwards. Teaching yoga in a healing way is very important for me so I do further education like mentorship programs and working with a doctor next to my classes to stay up to date.

 

I teach groups and private classes in Vienna and I also work with handicapped people in private classes.

I am a calm and open hearted yoga teacher and love to show people how to work with their bodies. 

Practising yoga in a way that is good for every individual person is the most important goal for me.

I want that everyone gets that "good-after-yoga-feeling", which I fell in love deeply.
